Dear Mr. Engelken:

This is a follow-up report on my earlier letter, CPY-533-81, dated July 28, 1981.

During the hydrostatic test of the relocated fire hydrant, a pipe joint separated. Additional work is required before the system is returned to an operational status. We are maintaining the alter-nate fire protection action identified in my July 28 letter.

Fire hydrant No. 4 and its associated piping will be returned to service by August 28, 1981.

Sincerely, C. P. Yundt General Manager CPY/CA0/RQR:na Att,chment 6
