This is to confinn my telephone report to Mr. E.R. Swanson, NRC Region III Inspector, on August 28, 1981, at approximately 1840 hours0.0213 days <br />0.511 hours <br />0.00304 weeks <br />7.0012e-4 months <br /> at which time I reported that during the preparation of a list of fire doors to be utilized with a plant surveillance procedure for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant a small number of doors thought to be fire rated did not carry the required UL label.
A follow up report will be submitted by September 11, 1981, as required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.8.
