Response
Duke is not maintaining a specific list to control the load / sketch mismatch problem..Instead..we have corrected all affected sketches to include actual loads oj; conservative, higher loads. This method is more effective since it eliminates possible. cross-referencing errors.
URI 50-369/80-38-05, 50-370/80-20-04 (Item 9):
Differences noted on EDS problem numbers 0920-202-NV-21 Rev 1 and 0920-301-LD-301 Rev 2.
. Response Duke has verified the correction of all four differences noted in Unresolved Item No. 50-369/80-38-05,'50-370/80-20-04. Additionally, procedures have been changed at Duke and EDS to preclude future occurrences.
