Mil', stone Unit 1 & 2 We have reviewed your response dated June 4,1981 to generic letter 81-04 regarding emergency procedures and training for station blackout events.
Our review was to confirm that the rabject procedures and training either currently exist or will be implemented on an acceptable schedule at your plants. Our review did not include an evaluation of the details provided in your response beyond that necessary to confirm the above.
You indicated that procedures and training for station blackout will be impicmented at your plants by September 1981. We find this implementation l
schedule acceptable. The HRC's Office of Inspc: tion and Enforcement will review tha subject procedures and training program du;ing a future plant inspectun.
