Management Meeting This letter refers to an August 17, 1981 telephone conversation between you and Mr. J. M. Allan, Deputy Director, NRC Region I, and confirms our plans for a meeting with you, members of your staff and members of my staff to be held at the NRC Region I office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, on August 28, 1981 at 10:30 a.m.
The purpose of this meeting, which is being held at our request, is to discuss the effectiveness of your management control system for your radiation protection program and the findings of a recent Region I investigation involving your cleaning and decontamination contractor.
