This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated July 23, 1981 which transmitted changes to the " Physical Security Plan.for the Edwin I.
Ilatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2".
He have reviewed the changes made to the " Physical Security Plan for the Edwin I. Itatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2" identified in your letter, and agree that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Since the enclosures to your letter of July 23,1981 contain infomation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d), they are being withheld from public disclosure.
