This amendnent consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated July 21, 1981.
The amendment revises administrative controls for controlling personnel access to localized high radiation areas where the dose rate exceeds 1000 rren per hour.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
