Waterford SSER on Emergency Planning The Waterford SER section on emergency planning contained open items regarding delegation of authority, initiating events, etc.
In May, we provided a draft SER to the applicant i:nd requested information on the open items it contained.
In amendment 19, which was submitted in mid-June, the applicant provided auequate information to close out several of the emetsency planning open issues. Since your reviewer was unable to revise the SEft at that time, it would be appropriate for you to provide an SSER which addmsses these issues. Since input res due to DL on August 19, I would appi'eciate your attention to this as soon as possible.
