Dear Mr. Cavanaugh:
We have reviewed your response dated December 19, 1980, concerning Item II.E.4.1, Dedicated Hydrogen Penetration; for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit No.1 (ANO-1). Since ANG-1 was licensed with a redundant safety grade and dedicated hydrogen purge system and the installation has been verified by the staffs we have determined that this issue has becn adequately addressed and 1s, therefore, closed.
