MEMORANDmi AND ORDER In our Memorandum and Order dated August 3,1981, having noted the withdrawl of the appearance of counsel for Intervenor Patricia Lee Hourihan, we directed Intervenor Hourihan to advise us by letter unether she will be represented t,y new coursel.
We have not received the requested letter and the time allowed for mailing it expired August 10, 1981.
