My letter to L. S. Rubenstein dated July 17, 1979 docketed the Sequoyah Nucicar Plant Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM). Since the Sequoyah unit 1 lo.i power operating license was issued on February 29, 1980, we have made changes to the ODCM in accordance with technical specification 6.14.2, With the exception of several minor changes made by the Radiological Assessment Review Committee (RARC) on April 14, 1980, all revisions to the ODCM have been reported in accordance with technical specification 6.14.2.
In order to alleviate the confusion, we have reprinted the ODCM document including all revisions to date. Enclosed for your use are five (5) up-to-date copies of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant ODCM.
Future revisions to the ODCM will be provided in accordance with technical specification 6.14.2 as change pages for the enclosed document.
