Dear Mrs. Bustani:
This is in further response to your letters dated March 23 and May 1, 1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, clarifications, alternatives, and exceptions taken to ANSI Standards of the quality assurance program pertaining to specified nuclear power plcnts.
This confirms the information relayed during the telephone conversations between your representative and Linda Robinson on June 5 and 12, 1981.
I We are enclosing the listing of utilities presented in Attachment A of your May 1,1981 letter, with handwritten comments by NRC staff indicating i
the results of the search for records.
You will note that there are a total of 15 listed utilities with no clarifications, alternatives or l
cxceptions taken, and a total of 10 utilities for which the operating license review has not been completed for some plants.
We are enclosing l
records for 28 utilities Dr which clarifications, alternatives, or exceptions were taken.
Search was halted on June 5 at your representative's request.
The charges for the enclosed records consist of $5.00 per hour for searching by a clerical employee (15 hours1.736111e-4 days <br />0.00417 hours <br />2.480159e-5 weeks <br />5.7075e-6 months <br />) and five cents ($0.05) per page for reproducing the enclosed records (375 pages), as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).
Accordingly, the cost for searching and reproducing the enclosed records is $91.25.
l Inasmuch as you submitted a deposit in the amount of $200.00 with your letter dated May 1,1981, a refund in the amount of $108.75 will be made to you through the NRC Office of the Controller within the near future.
