We have received your telecopied application dated August 4,1981, which was filed with the Office of Huclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. The application proposed a Technical Specification change relating to certain organizational changes. Your letter indicated that a Class II amendment fee of $1,200 is being remitted to cover the review.
Based on information provided to us by the ONRR staff as a result of their preliminary review of your request, ONRR has determined that your request will involve consideration of a single safety issue. Therefore, a Class III fee of $4,000 is applicable in lieu of a Class II fee.
Please remit the additional sum of $2,800 to our office.
