This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. Cill[s and North of
this office on May 21-22 and June 2,1981 of activities authorized by
NRC License No. DPR-54, and to the discussion of- our findings held by
Mr... North with Messers Miller and Kellie and other members of your staff
at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in tue enclosed
inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative rec 3rds, in-
tarviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
No items of noncor.:pliancr. with NRC requirements were identified within
the scope of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Comission's regulations, a copy
