Cleeton,and the Massachusetts Wildlife Federation f' rom the February 2, 1981, partial initial decision of the Licensing Board will be heard at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Septen'ber 1, 1981, in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland.
