l We have received the following applican.as for TMI-1 which were filed with the OfficeofNuclearReactorRegulation(ONRR)forreview.
1.
Technical Specification Change Request No.10u dated April 10, 1981, proposing a complete rewrite of the Administrative Sections of the TMI-1 Appendices A and B Technical Specifications, A Class III fee of $4,000 was rouitted with this application pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, and i
2.
Technical Specification Change Request No.101 dated April 24,1981 to allow the refueling interval to be extended to the restart of TMI-1. A Class II fee of $1,200 was received with this application.
Based on a review of t;.ese applications by the ONRR staff, the following fee detenninations have been made:

Item 1 above will involve consideration of more than three changes of the Class III type; therefore, a Class IV fee of $12,300 is applicable in lieu of the Class III fee which your Company paid, and j
i 2.
Item 2 above involved review of a safety issue; therefore, a Class III fee of
$4,000 is applicable in lieu of the Class II fee. This item was approved on July 20,1981, as Amendment No. 'B to License No. DPR-50.
In consideration of the abelsi, it is requested that your Company remit an additional sum of $11,100 to our office.
If the ONRR staff's final review of item 1 reveals
