This refers to the routine safety inspection :onducted by Messrs. M. Ring,
R. Schulz, and N. Choules of this office on June 2-3, 1981, of activities
at Byron Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1.
It has come to our attention that
the report issued as a result of this inspection contains, in two places,
a typographical error incorrectly identifying the report number as 81-05.
The correct designation should be 81-06.
Copies of the two corrected
pages are attached. Please update your records to reflect the corrected
report number.
