Gentlement Thank you for yoest letter dated July 6,1981, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the nonceeq>11mmee which we brought to your attention in our letter dated June 18, 1981.
With respect to our telephone conversation on July 13, 1981, concerning violation No. 1, it is our understanding that you do not currently use therapeutic quantities of iodiae-131 and as a result, do not perfona I-131 dose calibrator accuracy checks.
We wish to remind you that your License Condition M.14 requires your dose calibrator to be calibrated for iodine-131 prior to *=istration of iodiae-131.
