Identification and Description of Occurrence During performance of a linkage interlock test on the lower containment l

personnel access lock, the inner door was allowed to slam and bounce back.

This omission was discovered on 7-28-81 during preparation of the Licensee Event Report. The Compliance Staff has been reinstructed to perforet a more detailed review of Potential Reportable Occurrences when they are initiated.
