Thank you for sending me a copy of your letter to Mr. Edward Bower dated July 6, 1981, regarding the acceptance i
review of application for operating licenses for the Lincrick generating station.
In my review of the document, I have found that enclosure number 4, the Request for Additional Information for the EROL, is unintelligible with respoct to the comments on E240.4, E240.9, and other aspects.
Since this is a critical document, I would appreciate receiving a complete copy.of en-closure number 4 that is intelligible.
