Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
The purpose of this letter is to confirm our agreement concerning Carolina Power & Light Company's (CP&L's) requests for hearings dated June 17, and June 26, 1981 regarding the Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment. As requested in your letter of July 7, 1981, CP&L agrees to hold in abeyance its requests for hearings until 90 days after the date of issuance of the Safety Evaluation Reports for its facilities.
