In accordance with your application dated April 30, 1981, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of rederal Regulations, Part 70. Item 8.A. of Materials License No. Sl#1-368 is hereoy amended to read as follows:
8.A.
20,000 kilograms U-235 The maximum amount of U-235 'n solution, excluding waste, shall be 350 grams of U-235.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
This amendment, whkh concerns only Item C of your application, was requested on July 9,1981 by your Mr. W. F. Kirk during a discussion with W. T. Crow of my staff. We will continue our review of the rest of your application.
