M1. H. ZIMMER NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT 1 With reference to the operating license review for the captioned Nuclear Unit, the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation has made an initial finding in accordance with Section 105c(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, that no significant (antitrust) changes in the licensee's activities or proposed activities have tccurred subsequent to the previous review during the construction permit phase. Copies of the Staff's review and a notice that is being transmitted to the Federal Register are enclosed for each of the co-applicants.
