In supnort of his motion intervenor-anpellant shows:

1. An expert in the field of health physics is needed to prepare the apoellant-intervenor's brief.
2. Douglas King is the expert in the field of health'pbysics used by the intervenor-accellant concernino the issues decided t

in the Final Order entered by the Atomic Safety and Licensinc Board on June 19, 1981.

3. Due to prior teaching and research commitments, 9euglas King has not been able until now to assist in the orecaration of the brief of the intervenor-appellant.
