MOT!0N FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE BRIEF Intervenor-appellant, Mark P.
Oncavane, moves the board for an extension of time of nine (9) days to file his brief in sup-oort of his Exceotions To Final Order.
In supnort of his motion intervenor-anpellant shows:
- 1. An expert in the field of health physics is needed to prepare the apoellant-intervenor's brief.
- 2. Douglas King is the expert in the field of health'pbysics used by the intervenor-accellant concernino the issues decided t
in the Final Order entered by the Atomic Safety and Licensinc Board on June 19, 1981.
- 3. Due to prior teaching and research commitments, 9euglas King has not been able until now to assist in the orecaration of the brief of the intervenor-appellant.
