1. An expert in the field of health physics is needed to prepare the appellant-intervenor's brief.
2. Douglas King is the expert in the field of health physics used by the intervenor-apoellant concernino the issues decided in the Final Order entered by the Atomic Safety and Licensina Board on June 19, 1981.
3. Due to prior teaching and resea rcii c ommi tmen ts , 90uolas Kinq has not been able until now to assist in the orena ra tion of the t.rief of the intervenor-appellant.
4. Counsel for the intervenor-apoellant will not be able to file a brief that will adequately and oroperly reoresent the interests of the intervenor-appellant ntil August 7, 1981.
