Inspection conducted March 16, 19 and 20, 1981 (Report No. 50- U1/81-06)
Areas Inspected:
Security Plan; Security Program Audit; Physical Barriers
(Protected Area); Lighting; Access Control (Escorting); Cetection Aids; Locks,
Keys, and Combinations; Records and Reports; licensee action on previously
identified items of noncompliance related to physical security. The inspection
involved thirty inspector hours onsite by two Regional-based inspectors.
The
inspection began during the evening shift; 7 inspector-hours were accomplished
during offshift periods.

Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements witain
l
the seven areas examined except for the following item: Access Control -
Licensee designated vehicle left unattended inside the protected area with keys
in the ignition.
