PP.OkiPT NOTIFICATION IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENGY 10 CFR 50, Appeadix E,Section IV.D.3 cequires applicants for nuclear power reactor licenses for powr operation to dGaonstrate that administrative and physical means have been established for alerting and providing prompt instruc-tions to the pubite within the plume exposure EPZ in the event of an emergency.
As part of our review for an operating license for Wolf Creek please provide confinaation by February 7,1982 that a prompt notification system will be installed including a schedule for installation, a description of the systen, and a description or listing of the problems that may hinder imple'.ientation.
