TENNESSEE VA'.EY AUT110RITY - BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - DOCKET No. 50-260 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT BFRO-50-260/81032 The enclosed report provides details concerning equipment air lock door 238 which was not latched properly when the opposite door was openad resulting in a momentary breach of secondary containment while moving equipment through the equipment air lock door.

This report is submitted in accordance with Browns Ferry unit 2 Technical Specification 6.7.2.b(4).
