3dmitification and Description of OccxxrTence Reactor water claamp system inboard primary contaimment isolation valve 69-1 was initially ultrasonically inspected on 6/21/81, and an indication was observed. The valve was subsequently radiographed and showed no indications. A level II laspector perforined a UT inspection on the valve on 6/24/81 and confirmed an indicatina.
Follouring this confirmation, an engineering evaluation was performed and a decision reached to replace the valve or repair the indication. The ensimeering evaluation confimed the indication was acceptable under the Summer 1978 4AA-A= to AstE 5ection Il Code.
