As agreed in reference (a), USS SIERRA Instruction 4033.lB has been revised and superseded by USS SIERRA's Instruction 4033.lc (copy enclosed). The new instruction 4033.lC is submitted as USS SIERRA's commitment to a Quality Assurance Program for packing and shipment of radiographic sources as required by 10 CFR part 71.
This commitment was previously contained in USS SIERRA Instruction.
