TERA The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 69 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-3 for' the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee-Rowe) in response to your submittal of March 26,1981, as 7
revised by your letters dated May 27, 1981 and July 8,1981.
l The amendment incorporates provisions into the Technical Specifi-cations required for operation with the refueled Core XV. and associated with modifications made to the nain steam non-return valves and the auxiliary feedwater system.
During our review of your proposed amendment we found that changes and additions were necessary to meet our requirements. We have d l
discussed these changes with your staff and they have agreed with them.
