In accordance with the requirements set forth in 10CFR50, Section 50.55a(g)(6)(i), Alabama Power Company hereby submits seven copies of Revision 3 of the document entitled " Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant -
Unit No.1 Inservice Testing Program. The items revised are indicated on these document replacement pages.
The purpose of this revision is to add a list of ASME Section XI Category E valves as requested by letter dated 2/10/81 from S. A. Varga to F. L. Clayton, Jr.
In addition, the following changes are being submitted:
Deletion of leak rate test requirement on valve QlE21V077C Addition of the stroke time measurement requirement on valves Q1N21V001 A, B, and C Addition of containment isolation valves QlP19V004 and QlP19HV2228 and subsequent relief request Clarification of containment ourge supply I
and exhaust valves QlP13V281, V282, V283 13Y7 and V284.
