Itan 1 Access for telephone coupany represen-tatives for survey and installations.
l Access to Diablo Canyon Power Plant is obtained through Plant Security. Con-tact Mr. Robert R. Smith, on site, at (805) 595-7351 for clearance.
Item 2 Power for station packages.

Mr. R. H. Engelken July 14, 1981 critical circuits and equipnent. We reccmnend that the new ENS equipnent proposed at the power plant site be configured for 48 Volt D.C. operation.
Its 3 Mequate cable facilities.
The existing MS circuit is served frm a 4-wire lease and telephone sets which are in pla within the power plant.
Based on a review of the material attached to your letter, Maitional cable facilities do not appear to be required. In-the event Maitional pairs are required, we will arrange to provifa cable as needed.
Its 4 Telecxmnunications planning personnel.
