you transmitted add (tional information regarding the " Arkansas Nuclear ~j One Industrial Security Plan" as requested in our letter of April 23, 1981.
As stated in our April 23, 1981 letter these changes to the security plan were denied under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) due to the fact that we concluded that they could decrease the effectiveness of the security pl an.
Further, it was indicated that should the change be submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90, with the requested additional information, the change might be approved. However this letter does not constitute approval of your May 18, 1981 proposed changes and therefore commitments contained in the approved security plan are still applicable to your facility.
Should you want to pursue changing the security plan, with respect to the issue It is requested that you submit the change under the providions of 10 CFR 50.90.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact your Project Managers for the ANO units.
