MEMORANDUM July 22, 1981~
At the conclusion of ALAB-647, 14 NRC (July 1, 19 81), we indics"ed our intention to calendar the pending appeal of the Carolina Environmental Study Group (CESG) for oral argumeat "at as early a date as possible following the completion of briefing".
CESG's brief in support of its appeal was filed on July 7; thus the briefs of the other parties in response to it will be due uuring August.
Assuming, as we do, that no lengthy extensions of briefing time will be sought by the appellees, we now propose to hold the oral argument in Bethesda on Thursday, September 10, 1981.
