-performance of Grundy County's local emergency response organization as demonstrated in the October and December, 1980, exercises at Dresden and LaSalle and the delayed critique by FEMA. We consider your concerns worthwhile, and we will work closely with FEMA to ensure a more timely critique and identification of significant problems for future exercises involving Commonwealth Edison reactor sites.
