Dear Mr. - Uzzi:
This is in further response to your letter dated June 5,1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of documents listed in Appendix A to your letter concerning the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1.
A' copy of the 1975 report on neutron activation products being emitted from the San Onofre Unit 1 facility is enclosed.
We have completed our search for documents subject tc your request, and we have not found any documents which provide information.inic,1 is not already stated in semi-annual and annual. reports which we awa identified foe you.in our earlier letter.
For your convenience, a copy of our previous reply to you is enclosed.
Please note that the documents listed on Appendix A to my letter dated June 23, 1981 have already been made available for public inspeccion an:i copying at the NRC Public Cocument Room (PDR),.1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555. The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
Copies of these documents can L
be purchased by writing directly to the PDR. The number of pages per document is indicated in the Appendix.
Upon your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be reproduced by Literature Research Company, a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.- You will be billed by Literature Research Company for the reproduction charges, plus tax and postage.
Also note that, copies of these reportc are on file at the NRC's local Public Document Room (LPDR) located at the Mission Viejo Branch Library, 24851 Chrisanta Drive, Mission Viejo, California 92676 where they are available' for inspection and copaing.
