The Commission has issued the enclosed Order for confirming your cormitments for THI related requirements for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No.1.
This Order is based on your letter dated December 12, 1980, as supplemented by letters dated December 31, 1980, January 6 and 26, and February 27, 1981, to implement those requirements set forth in NUREG-0737 for which the staff requested completion before June 30, 1981. Explicit statements of these requirenents are set forth in the Attacheent to the Order.
It is the Commission's intent in issuing this Order to encourage conpletion of items consistent with the staff's recomended schedule. However, certain of your proposed schedule exceptions are acceptable. Therefore, you should proceed with implementation of these items in accordance with your proposed schedule. Your proposed technical and schedule exceptions for other iters contained in NUREG-0737 will be the subject of future correspondence.
- A copy of this Order is being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
