Reference:

1) Letter from D. G. Eisenhut to all licensees dated November 20, 1980.

2) Letter from J. M. Pilant to D. G. Eisenhut dated April 9,1981.

Reference One requested Nebraska Public Power District to submit a change to Cooper Nuclear Station Technical Specification, which may be found in Reference Two. Following discussions with your staff, the following proposed change to Cooper Nuclear Station Technical Specifications is respectfully submitted in lieu of that found in Reference Two.

Payment in the amount of $1,200 was included in the previous request. Therefore, no additional payment is included.
