NSIC This acknowledges receipt of your letters of July 30, 1980 and February 2,1981 by which you transmitted Revisions 1 and 2, respectively, to the Vermont Yankee physical security plan.
We have reviewed the changes and agree that many of the are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.34(p). We do not agree, however, that certain other changes are consistent with these provisions. Enclosure A to this letter provides additional information regarding this position. Please either revert to the original plan in these instances of submit a response to itms involving plan revisions or clarification within 30 days.
