Reference:
Letter, R.L. Tedesco to R.L. Ferguson, " Request For Submittal of Revised Design and Construction Quality Assurance Program For WNP Units 3 And 5," dated May 26, 1981 The reference letter requested the Supply System to provide a des-cription of the QA program for design and construction for WNP-3/5.
This request was predicated on the assumption of a revision in the construction management organization for UNP-3/5 similar to that at WNP-2.
It should be noted that no change in construction management has occurred at WNP-3/5. The architect engineer, Ebasco Services, Inc.,
remains as the construction manager for WNP-3/5. The site organi-zation has changed recently, however, from an integrated Ebasco/
i Supply System management team to separate management organizations.
Discussion with Mr. L.L. Wheeler, of your staff, indicated the de-sirability to pres de revised QA program plans for these organizations for the staff's
'ormation.
Please refer to Combustion Engineering Topical CENPD-210-A, Rev. 3 for program description of the NSSS Supplier.
