Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/81-99 was to have been submitted by July 10, 1981. This 30-day reportable occurrence concerns Technical Specification 3.3.3.8, "The radioactive liquid effluent monitoring instru-mentation channels shown in Table 3.3-12 shall be operable with their alarm / trip setpoints set to ensure that the limits of Specification 3.11.1.1 l

are not exceeded," which was violated on June 10, 1981. At this time, all l

of the required information is not yet available. The complete report will be submitted by August 10, 1981.
