This License Change Application has been evaluated to be a Class II amendment request and a check for $1,200 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
PGE has transmitted. crpy of this requect to the Oregon Department of Energy for their consult ation.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for License Change Application 77 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Depart-ment of Energy.
This License Change Application is submitted to reflect changes in the Trojan Nuclear Pl_nt and corporate organizations and requests the revision of certain Plant Review Board requirements.
