NOTICE OF HEARING On March 26, 1981, the Director of the Division of Waste Management, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards, pursuant to Sections 62, 63, 81, 83, 84,161b,1610 and 182 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Commission's regulations in 10 CFR Parts 2 and 40, by Order imposed on [name of licensee or licensees] license amendments which require for a period of one (1) year on a quarterly basis that the licensee shall submit a report containing environmental monitoring data and a. dose assess-ment to the ncarest resident to be determined using environmental monitoring data obtained at that site and dose conversion factors provided by the USNRC; The p'urpose of [this /these order (s)] being to establish a methodology whereby the USNRC could assure determinatien of compliance with 40 CFR Part 190.
