The Commission, by a vote of 3-0*, approved a draft staff requirements memorandum regarding the ASLBP Model Hearing) Schedule.(SECY)

(Subsequently, the Secretary signed the SRM.

2.

The Commission discussed Emergency Response Procedures without reaching a final decision.

3.

The Comission agreed to finalize and dispatch a letter to Mr.

Janes J. O'Connor, Chairman, Commonwealth Edison Company, concerning the licensiiis schedule for the Byron Nuclear Station.
