The Comission has issued the enclosed Ame..ument No. 62 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-19 for Dresden Station Unit 2.and Amendnent Nos. 34, 53, 72, and 65 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-2, DPR-25. DPR-29 and DPR-30 for. Dresden Station Units 1 and 3 and Quad Cities Station Units 1 and 2, respectively. 1he amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your appli-cation dated Itay 30, 1930.

The amendments revise Appendix A Technical Specifications by providing further clarification of the tena operable as it applies to the single 11ure criterion for safety systems.

Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
