A Enclosed is Revision No. 10 to the Oyster Creek Physical Security Plan.
This revision incorporates the addition of the Diesel Generator Building as a vitai area. The remaining changes are primarily editorial in nature; however, all changes contained herein have been made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) in that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan.
Since the Security Plan contains information which, if released to the public, would compromise the physical security of the Oyster Creek Station, it is requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 that this document be withheld from public disclosure, if further clarification is required concerning this matter, please contact Mr. Michael Laggart of my staff at (609) 693-6932.
