' l6s \\d This is to confira our telephone conversation of July 9,1981 regarding the above nuclear power plant application. As you are aware, I informed you by letter dated May 18, 1981 of the emergency planning contentions adaitted and pending in this proceeding.
I also inforned you that this issue would be scheduled in early Fall 1981 for hearing.
I now want to inforn.you that the emergency planning issue has been scheduled for litigation in theQepteober 14 to 24,1981 hearing session and, accordingly, testimony will have fo be pre-filed on August 25, 1981.
The flRC Staff would like to coordinate our review efforts with feria and, thus, we would like the name(s) and telephone number (s) of the FEliA re-viewers. We would appreciate FEliA's proopt attention to this aatter.
