Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 By letter to your office dated May 18, 1981 we traus-mitted a final report in accordance with 10CFR50.55(e) regard-ing noncompliance with ASME Code NCA-3867.4a on chemical analysis verification of material used for manufacture of ASME Code bolts with nominal diameter exceeding one inch.
That report stated that ASME Code Case N242 would be invoked by the Project for these bolts.
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that Code Case N-310, which deals specifically with bolting materials and which w9.s confirmed by publication June, 1981, will be in-voked instead of Code Case N-242.
