Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
In Reference (2) above, I committed to a schedule with regard to Florida Power Corporation's implementation of NUREG-0612.
Two areas, review of new/ revised procedures and a revision to the training program, were to have been completed by June 30, 1981.
Due to an unscheduled outage of Crystal River Unit 3 and other administrative delays due to the volume of these changes, these areas were not completed pe.' the previous schedule. Most of the procedural review is complete; the Ter'.nirg Program is being revised, but completion is not ex-pected until July 3i, 1981.
'Ihe final results will still be implemented as discussed earlier.
Procedure changes will be issued following any necescsry training, and all will be issued prior to the outage (scheduled for September 19, 1981).
